Dinamo’s services were retained by La Fernandière, a family owned business in the food industry, to manage the construction of its new manufacturing plant located in Trois-Rivières. The main challenge was to build a multi temperature building with various refrigeration equipment. The 35,000 sq.ft. plant allowed the company to optimize and mechanize their industrial sausage production and, therefor, meet the highest industry standards.
